The world's most 9-year-old brewery just turned 10. To mark the occasion we've done the boldest thing a heritage brewery can do: exactly what we did last year.

Premium Pilsner returns for its second consecutive year, brewed with premium glacial waters direct from the foothills of Mt Pleasant and a hint of local Myaree terroir courtesy of the former panel and paint shop we now call a brewery. Last year was our first crack at 500mL cans. It went well enough that we've doubled the volume — of beer, not the can.

Eighty days in tank. The result is a Czech-inspired lager that's crisp yet well-rounded, showing clarity yet humility — light spice hops, clean bread crust, a soft floral and herbal middle, and a crisp, cracker-dry bitter finish. Like a freshly pressed pair of velvet trousers in spring, this quiet tipple brings just the right amount of adventure.

Brewed preservative-free and unpasteurised, in full accordance with Euro-laws.
